The Hireman doesn't just hire, we also sell tools and equipment. Sales have been an integral part of The Hireman's offering since the very start. With a wealth of experience and our long term relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, we can supply your requirements at highly competitive rates and all with the high service levels you expect from The Hireman.

A range of items are available, from Power Tool Accessories (e.g. Bits, Blades and Discs), Safety and Security Equipment (e.g. Helmets, Extinguishers, Security Chains and Harnesses), Tools (e.g. Drills, Vacuum Cleaners and Ladders) and much more. Moreover, if we don't have what you require in stock, we will do our upmost to source it for you. Our experienced hire controllers are available to help you find the right tool or accessory for the job.

Safety Training

The Hireman offers a range of courses. Offering everything you and your colleagues need to be trained, certified and compliant to current Health & Safety regulations.

The Hireman has its own dedicated state-of-the-art training suite and facilities to ensure that delegates receive the appropriate theoretical and practical training in order to gain the most from the experience. Refreshments will be provided along with lunch on full day courses. Our training facilities are based at our London Central Depot and benefit from excellent public transport links.

Fleet Management

Our skilled technicians use the latest diagnostic equipment and detailed schematics to ensure that all repairs are carried out efficiently and accurately. We can repair any tool and work directly with a range of manufactures.

If your tools are out of warranty then bring them to us for a competitive quote. Alternatively we can collect and return your equipment promptly.

As well as tool repair, The Hireman also offers Portable Appliance Tests (PAT Testing). The Electricity at Work Regulations (1989) stipulates that all electrical systems and equipment including appliances used in any work place should be in a safe condition. It is recommended that to comply with the regulations an inspection and testing schedule should be implemented and maintained.
